In the last two years, I have given numerous presentations and talks on mindfulness for attorneys and other professionals. I have talks ranging from 20 to 90 minutes on a range of topics, including

  • Mindfulness basics;
  • Starting and restarting a meditation practice;
  • Incorporating mindfulness practices in law practice;
  • Mindfulness for women professionals;
  • Mindfulness for caregivers; and
  • Mindfulness for stress management.

I am comfortable speaking in person or in a virtual setting and I love creating guided meditations tailored to my the needs of my audience.

As a practicing lawyer, I also have spoken numerous times on various topics relating to success as a lawyer and woman professional, on topics relating to networking, social media marketing, leadership, and life management as working parent.
